ABOUT ME

With 10+ years experience in the marketing and advertising space, I’ve worn many hats in HR, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, and payroll. I view myself as a guide, helping employees, managers, and leaders tackle tough conversations and make smart decisions.

I’m also a certified yoga instructor, which has shaped how I work. Yoga has taught me to bring mindfulness and calm into stressful situations, which is something I carry into the workplace.

Beyond traditional HR roles, I've also had the opportunity to work closely with colleges, developing intern programs and partnering with various nonprofits. Currently, I consult with ArtBound Initiative, coaching and mentoring college students aspiring to enter marketing/advertising/fashion/entertainment industries. I conduct mock interviews and provide resume feedback, helping them navigate their first steps into these industries.

Oh, and I’m a mom, which means I’ve got firsthand experience in flexibility, multitasking, and the art of staying calm in the chaos.
